Spotly

Terms of Service

Last updated: August 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By using Spotly ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of the service

Spotly is a video publishing tool that uploads and publishes video content to TikTok through the TikTok API, and to other platforms you connect. You keep full control over what is published, including the privacy level and the publishing mode. How your data is handled is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service, and you must own or be authorized to manage the accounts you connect to it.

4. Your responsibilities

5. Accounts and authentication

The Service uses TikTok OAuth 2.0 for authentication. You authorize the Service to publish content on your behalf, and you can revoke that authorization at any time from your TikTok account settings — see the Support page for the exact steps.

6. Control over your content

You retain full control over your content. You choose which videos to publish, the privacy level, the interaction settings, and the publishing mode (draft or direct). The Service does not publish content without your explicit action.

7. Availability

The Service is provided without any guarantee of continuous availability. It may be unavailable during maintenance, or because a platform's own API is unavailable.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to content removal by TikTok or account restrictions.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
